01 — The problem
Three residential developments, 1,400 apartments, and a website that published them as PDF floor grids. A buyer downloaded a file, hunted for a layout, then called to ask whether it was still available. Half the time it was not. Enquiry conversion sat at 0.9 %.
02 — What we built
Search by filters and by building grid
Two ways to search, because buyers split into two types. Some care about parameters: price, bedrooms, floor, completion date. Others want to see the whole building and choose a position in it. We built both, and switching between them preserves your criteria.
Live availability from the CRM
Apartment status comes from the CRM. A sold apartment disappears from search within a minute. That removed the single biggest source of frustration: buyers no longer fall for something that does not exist.
The apartment page as the main entry point
Each of the 1,400 apartments has its own indexable URL with floor plan, view, mortgage calculation and price. By month four those pages were bringing in 34 % of search traffic — people search by specific parameters.
A mortgage calculator with real rates
Rates from six banks update from a sheet the sales team maintains. The calculation is honest, with deposit and term, and nothing is dressed up — which is precisely why people use it and go on to enquire.

«The real change: the sales team stopped spending its day on "is it still available". People arrive already knowing which apartment they want.»
